Like Obsidian backlinks: after AI recognizes the people, companies, and projects in a WorkLog, it builds links automatically, and each entity page lists every related record in return. You do not organize anything by hand; the customer network grows on its own.

A living file that Youdian generates and keeps updating for every company, contact, and project. The more records you add, the more complete the profile: objective facts are merged and deduplicated, subjective judgments keep their source, and everything is available whenever you need it.

After you upload a PPT or PDF, AI breaks it into structured cards and backlinks them to related customers and projects. The original is always kept, and every citation traces all the way back to the source file. When new material arrives, AI also updates the linked older cards. A good AI answer (such as a product comparison) can be saved as a new card in one click, so the knowledge base grows richer the more you use it.

No. AI checks the knowledge base on a regular schedule: conflicting numbers, stale quotes, and orphan cards no one references are all surfaced for you to handle. You upload and ask; AI handles the organizing work of splitting cards, linking them, and keeping everything consistent.

Once enough records and profiles have built up, AI proactively offers next-step suggestions, stall-risk alerts, and the best follow-up timing. Every prediction comes with its basis and traces back to the original records.

Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS, files are encrypted at rest, and WorkLog originals use field-level encryption. The enterprise plan also supports access-log auditing and private deployment.

No. Customer assets accumulate at the company level. When a team member leaves, the related companies, contacts, and projects remain in the team knowledge base and can be handed over smoothly through a set process.

Your data is always yours and can be exported at any time. We also support importing common customer and contact data, and the team and enterprise plans offer migration assistance.
